Donations/Transactions Regulations:
This website is the official website of the registered NPO (Non-Profit Organization) "Iron Heart" and allows for the collection of donations for the NPO. Any use of the website, Including making donations, constitutes your agreement to comply with these regulations and act accordingly.
General:
1. When making a donation/conducting a transaction using a credit card, a card check will be performed against the credit card company, and the user will receive an immediate response regarding the status of the transaction, whether it was approved or declined. The payment page is secured according to PCI DSS standards.
2. All personal details of donors are stored on a secured server not accessible for browsing.
3. Iron Heart NPO allows you to donate money for the benefit of the NPO and conduct transactions easily, conveniently, and quickly through this website. You can pay by credit card, bank transfer, money transfer apps, and contact via email at contact@ironheart.co.il. A payment confirmation will be sent to the customer's email within 1 business day after the donation/transaction is made.
4. The regulations are written in the masculine form but apply to both genders. Anything mentioned in these regulations in the masculine form also applies to the feminine form, and vice versa. Anything mentioned in the singular form also applies to the plural form, and vice versa.
5. False information should not be provided. Submitting false information is a criminal offense. A user who commits such an offense may be subject to legal, criminal, and civil proceedings.
6. In case the transaction is not approved by the credit card company, the user will receive a corresponding notification. To complete the transaction, the user should contact the NPO.
7. The NPO shall not be liable for any illegal activity carried out by users on the website or by any other party not under its full control.
8. Full and exclusive responsibility for any data entry error by the participant lies with the participant, and the participant shall bear any consequences that may arise from data entry errors. The computer records as they appear at the NPO and/or the
clearing company on its behalf shall serve as prima facie evidence that the data contained therein were entered by the participant.
9. The interpretation of these regulations and their enforcement, or any action and/or dispute arising from them, shall be carried out in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel and, if necessary, shall be clarified in the competent courts.
Information Security and Privacy:
10. The NPO is committed to managing the website with caution, skill, and in a manner that maximizes the confidentiality of the information provided by the user.
11. The transfer of credit card information on the website/clearing company is done in an encrypted manner using PCI DSS technology.
12. The NPO respects the privacy of donors/customers and does not retain the credit card information of users.
13. In cases beyond the control of the NPO and/or resulting from force majeure, the NPO shall not be responsible for any damage of any kind, direct or indirect, caused to the user or anyone on his behalf, if this information is lost or reaches an unauthorized party and/or is used without permission.
14. The NPO undertakes not to use the personal information of registered users on the website, except for operational purposes of the website, in order to enable order processing.
15. You hereby declare that you are aware that the NPO may be required to provide identifying information about users, including information about the users found in the company, the IP address of the communicating computer, the times and duration of communication, and any other additional information that may identify the user and/or link the user to any activity on the Internet, and you agree and hereby confirm irrevocably that the NPO has the right to do so, at its sole discretion and/or in accordance with legal requirements and/or in accordance with the requirements of the competent authorities, without the need for prior notice or the user's consent. The user agrees and hereby confirms irrevocably that there will be no claim and/or demand and/or lawsuit against the NPO in such cases.
Responsibility:
16. The NPO commits to using donation funds exclusively for the implementation of the NPO's objectives.
Donation/Transaction Cancellation Policy:
17. The user may contact the NPO to request changes to the billing details and cancellation of a transaction.
18. Donation cancellation – It is possible to cancel it according to the Consumer Protection Law, 1981. The NPO will make the necessary changes in accordance with the policy in place at the time with the credit card company. If the credit card company charges the NPO a fee for the transaction, the user will be charged that fee.

Intellectual Property and Ownership:
The website, information, and services, including but not limited to content, text, graphics, logos, trademarks, service marks, designs, buttons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, databases, materials protected by copyright, tools, including improvements, fixes, changes, updates, and/or upgrades, and the relevant documentation and all intellectual property rights associated with them (hereinafter: "NPO's Property") are not for sale and are the exclusive property of the NPO, today and in the future. These terms do not grant you ownership rights in the NPO's Property but only limited usage rights as detailed above. The rights granted under this document are limited to those explicitly stated in this document and do not grant additional rights or licenses, implied or otherwise. Any copying, modification, commercial use, repeated use, or distribution of the NPO's Property is prohibited without prior written approval from the NPO and is strictly prohibited.
